Christine Blasey Ford is continuing to receive threats after alleging Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, according to NPR.
"Justice Kavanaugh ascended to the Supreme Court, but the threats to Dr. Ford continue," Blasey Ford's lawyers, Debra Katz, Lisa Banks and Michael Bromwich said in a statement to NPR.
Kavanaugh had strongly denied her claims during confirmation hearings. But she is still trying to get her life back on track, her lawyers said.
"Dr. Ford's current focus is solely on recovering from the experience and returning to her job responsibilities — not on writing a book," her lawyers said.
During her September testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, she had said her family had been targeted with harassment and death threats.
