Justice Ginsburg's Nephew: She's 'Doing Great'

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, after being hospitalized for rib fractures from a fall, is now “up and working,” her nephew tells Reuters.

Daniel Stiepleman said the 85-year-old Ginsburg was making jokes and “doing great.”

“The last I heard she was up and working, of course, because what else would she be doing, and cracking jokes,” he said. “I can’t promise they were good jokes but they were jokes.”

She fell Wednesday evening in her office at the Supreme Court. She was admitted to George Washington University Hospital in Washington after tests showed she fractured three ribs.
