GOP Disbelief at FBI's 'No Charges' Recommendation for Clinton

Reaction was swift to the FBI's decision not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email service as secretary of state.

Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee tweeted:



Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee tweeted:


Republican National Committee spokesperson Sean Spicer told CNN despite the fact that Clinton will walk free and clear of charges, the conclusion of FBI investigation was a "clear indictment" which showed that Clinton's fitness for the White House was a "major, major problem."

[Clinton is] somebody who doesn't understand the importance of our national security," Spicer said, according to USA Today.

Sen. Ted Cruz's former communications director Catherine Frazier retweeted an old advertisement from the Texas Republican's presidential campaign featuring Clinton's server.
