Hillary Clinton discussed her personal health during the first episode of "With Her," a podcast put out by her campaign.
"I, knock on wood, am pretty lucky because I have a lot of stamina and endurance, which is necessary in the kind of campaign I'm engaged in," Clinton said.
She said she was worn out after the Democratic convention and the bus tour that came afterward.
"By the end of those two weeks, that's exactly how I felt. It was, 'Oh my gosh, I don't know that I can get up, let alone what I will do if I am vertical."
According to Clinton, she attempts to eat properly, but she is "not always succeeding" and tries to exercise and get enough sleep.
She admits that she struggles with her health. "I'm not going to pretend that I like it, because I don't. But between yoga and walking, getting on the treadmill, some weights, I try to keep up."
Supporters of her opponent Donald Trump have raised questions about Clinton's health. The Daily Beast reported on a collection of claims that Clinton suffers from Parkinson's disease, a degenerative disease that is giving her seizures and/or strokes, and other ailments. Another Daily Beast report pointed to videos that suggest she has a frequent cough.
Sean Hannity on Fox News devoted a segment to questions about Clinton's health. Former presidential candidate Ben Carson called on Clinton to release her health records.
On the podcast, Clinton did not mention any of those claims about her health, according to the Washington Examiner.
