The FBI arrested a man who wore a panda costume while allegedly storming the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack.
According to court records, Jesse James Rumson was arrested on Monday in Florida on multiple charges, including assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers; obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds.
A video shows the man dubbed "Sedition Panda" entering the U.S. Capitol through a fire escape after protesters broke through.
