Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman said his decision to file a lawsuit against Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes came out of fears that someone could end up stealing the election.
Klayman was on Tuesday's "America Talks Live" and discussed his lawsuit regarding the midterm elections mess in the Sunshine State that has officials conducting a recount of last week's Senate and gubernatorial elections.

"I'm a citizen of Florida, I'm a voter in Florida. I voted in the last election. Florida election laws give me standing as a voter called an elector in the law," Klayman told Newsmax TV. "You have a right to challenge an election based on fraud, misconduct, corruption, and other basis.
"I'm also asking to open up the ballots. Whether I was a citizen of Florida or not, I have a right to do that."
Klayman was involved in the Bush v. Gore case in 2000 after that election also was thrown for a loop in Florida. George W. Bush ultimately was declared the winner in that presidential election.
Klayman said he wants a judge to allow the case to go to discovery, which would then allow him to view the ballots and all documents related to the case.
"We need to be able to take discovery and get in there before someone steals this election, whoever it may be. That's the issue here," he said.
"We're representing the American people. I have my own personal political views, I know who I voted for, but I want to see that the correct person wins, just like I did in 2000 when I participated in the Bush v. Gore case."
