The special master reviewing materials seized by FBI agents from former Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen said Tuesday that she released 665 more items to federal prosecutors.

Special Master Barbara Jones said in a court filing Tuesday that 595 of the 1,262 she most recently examined were protected by attorney-client privilege, The Hill reports.

Jones deemed two items "highly personal," while 665 documents were "not privileged" and were released to prosecutors.

However, Cohen's attorneys objected to two of items classified as "not privileged," Jones said in the filing, but they will not file any court objections.

Cohen, 51, is under investigation for possible campaign finance law violations regarding a $130,000 payment to adult-film star Stormy Daniels over an alleged affair with President Donald Trump 12 years ago.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan is also probing Cohen for possible bank and wire fraud issues in his business dealings.

No charges have been filed.

In April, Federal District Court Judge Kimba Wood appointed Jones to examine as many as 300,000 documents the FBI seized from a raid on Cohen's home, office, and hotel room earlier in the month.

Agents were armed with search warrants based in part on information provided by the Russia investigation headed by special counsel Robert Mueller.

Jones disclosed Monday that agents obtained 12 audio recordings in the Cohen raids — and those have been provided to prosecutors.

Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who is now on Trump's personal legal team, confirmed Friday that Cohen secretly recorded a telephone conversation with Trump about a possible payment to an ex-Playboy model over an alleged affair.

Giuliani said Trump did not know he was being recorded.

The White House has consistently said Trump denied both affairs.
