Why Oprah Won't Run for President

Oprah Winfrey says running for president would kill her.

The famed television talk show host made her comments in an interview with British Vogue magazine.

She cited the non-truths, nastiness and "backhanded backroom stuff" surrounding any presidential run.

And Winfrey added: "I feel like I could not exist. I would not be able to do it. It’s not a clean business. It would kill me."

Page Six of the New York Post noted Winfrey has previously put rumors about a presidential bid to rest, saying she’ll run only if God tells her to.
