The Force is with Trump 2020 campaign gear.

President Donald Trump's campaign Thursday reportedly emailed supporters with potential designs for the Space Force logo, asking them to vote on a pick that will wind up on the president's campaign merchandise.

"President Trump wants a SPACE FORCE — a groundbreaking endeavor for the future of America and the final frontier," campaign manager Brad Parscale wrote Thursday in an email, the Washington Examiner reported.

"As a way to celebrate President Trump's huge announcement, our campaign will be selling a new line of gear," Parscale continued. "But first we have to make a final decision on the design we will use to commemorate President Trump's new Space Force — and he wants YOU to have a say."

Each of the six proposed logos includes the phrase "Space Force," and one adds "Mars Awaits" though the administration's proposal focuses on defense and not space exploration, The Hill reported.

One option appears to be a repurposed version of the NASA logo, The Hill reported.

Trump celebrated the announcement from his golf club in New Jersey, tweeting, "Space Force all the way!"

At the Pentagon, Vice President Mike Pence on Thursday morning detailed plans for the administration's proposal to set up a sixth military branch, which requires congressional approval. Lawmakers slashed a proposal to establish a "Space Force" last November, Business Insider noted.

The last time the US created a new branch of the military was in 1947 with the establishment of the Air Force.

"History proves that peace only comes through strength, and in the realm of outer space, the United States Space Force will be that strength in the years ahead," Pence said, The Hill reported.
