The problem with Obamacare is not governmental bureaucracy, as President Barack Obama claimed last week, but "gross incompetence," Donald Trump charged Monday.
"It's been incompetent from day one. The way it got passed was horrible," the real estate mogul told "Fox & Friends."

In an interview Thursday with MSNBC talk show host Chris Matthews, Obama said his management style was not to blame for the problems with the Obamacare rollout. Instead, he pointed to the size of government and "big agencies, some of which are outdated, some of which are not designed properly,"
Politico reported.
But Trump disagreed. "It's not bureaucracy. It's gross incompetence," he said.

Obamacare is a law that's not only affecting people adversely, but is expensive as well, Trump maintained. In addition, the website problems are causing people to not know if they have healthcare coverage after they have enrolled, he said.
"You don't know if you're going to get it because, when you call the insurance company, they don't know who you are. It's a catastrophe. It's a total mess," Trump said.

Ezekiel Emmanuel, one of Obamacare's architects, proposed a public relations campaign to promote the program in an appearance on "Fox News Sunday." Trump disagreed with Emmanuel's claim that promoting Obamacare would encourage young people to sign up for it.
"No PR campaign is going to work," Trump said. "The product is no good. It's too expensive. Your deductibles are huge. And, it's not a workable product."
