It's unlikely Benjamin Netanayu will be ousted as Israel's prime minister following his decision to extend a unilateral ceasefire with Hamas without the approval of the Israeli congress, says Caroline Glick, a senior contributing editor at The Jerusalem Post.
"I don’t see something like that happening. I don't see that anybody in the government has any [desire in] bringing down the government," Glick said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on
Newsmax TV.

Glick's prediction came one day after
Danny Danon, a Likud party member of the Knesset and Netanyahu's former deputy minister of defense, told Steve Malzberg that his ex-boss could face the ax.
Netanyahu inexplicably accepted the ceasefire even though a majority of the cabinet members would have wholeheartedly voted no, Danon explained Wednesday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.
"We are disappointed…. You fight with the Hamas you don't negotiate with the Hamas. You don't negotiate with a terrorist organization," Danon said. "We should fight against the Hamas. We have the ability and the strength to win the war against the Hamas."
But Glick said she had no criticism of Netanyahu even though, "it's a popular thing to do."
Glick believes fighting Hamas to regain control of Gaza is not an option at this point.
"To retake control over Gaza would require Israel to dedicate about two divisions of forces to the region for a considerable amount of time," she said.
"I just don't think that we can commit ourselves to that sort of campaign right now," she said.
