The left, the Democratic party, and mainstream media will do whatever it takes to cover for President Joe Biden's alleged corruption, so ordinary citizens should do whatever they can to spread the word on social media, Ric Grenell told Newsmax on Wednesday.
The people defending Biden "will do the hand gestures and say what they need to say," Grenell, the former acting director of national intelligence under former President Donald Trump, told "Rob Schmitt Tonight."
He added that everyday Americans shouldn't get frustrated, but should "take to social media and to take to all of the ways that they can get their message out."
The whole system of Washington press conferences with reporters questioning the person at the podium is "just for show," Grenell said. "I've been in that room, and you've never seen more people that are cheerleaders for the ruling party. So the rest of us outside of Washington, D.C., see exactly what's going on. Only those people inside that room think that they're fooling anyone, and so we have to be able to get our voices out there.
"You've got to take to all of your social media accounts and start talking and sharing these stories," Grenell continued, "because I see the corruption. It's very clear.
"And if we had even an iota of the deep state like the Democrats have, you would see a whole bunch of tax reports leaked; Joe Biden's contracts would be leaked. There would be the deep state running wild, because this is obviously something that is real."
