It looks like Colorado Rep. Cory Gardner will defeat Sen. Mark Udall in the Senate race, former Rep. Tom Tancredo tells Newsmax — but he worries about potential voter fraud.
"It looks like Cory's going to make it," Tancredo, the former Republican candidate for president, told J.D Hayworth on "America's Forum" on
Newsmax TV Monday.

"I say that not just because the polls are trending his way, but because we've got about three weeks . . . of mail in ballots . . . and apparently, the Republicans across the state are out-voting the Democrats by a pretty significant margin," he explained.
"The intensity is much higher on the Republican side than the Democrat side," he said.
"If you put that with the numbers he's already got on the board in polling — looks pretty good," he added.
However, Tancredo said that there is concern about voter fraud because Colorado allows "both same day registration and universal mail-in ballots." In addition, he says that all someone has to do to vote in Colorado in this election is to "get on a plane, come on out, and tell the guy at the voting booth that, indeed, you intend to move here."
Also, he says that Colorado voters "can vote harvest here, meaning they they can go around and collect up to 10 votes . . . and bring them to the poll at the last day and deposit them."
