Best-selling author David Horowitz slammed the congressional Office of Compliance that has paid out more than $265,000 to settle sexual-harassment claims involving Capitol Hill members, telling Newsmax TV on Wednesday that "I want my money back."
"The thieves stealing our money call it taxes, and then they use it to pay off their own crimes," Horowitz, founder of the David Horowitz Freedom Center, told "America Talks Live" guest host Ric Blackwell in an interview.

Horowitz is the author of The New York Times best-seller, "Big Agenda: President Trump's Plan to Save America."

"There's a whole raft of laws that are like that," Horowitz said. "They have health insurance that nobody else can get.
"This isn't right.
"If they're going to represent us, they should be under the same rules that we're under," he said.

"A lot of these claims are false — and we know that.
"We have entered a very dangerous period in American life where people are found to be guilty by accusation."
