Ed Klein: Testimony From Clinton Webmaster Great for FBI Probe

By    |   Friday, 11 March 2016 06:56 PM EST

Reports that Hillary Clinton's former webmaster has been a "devastating witness" to the Democratic presidential candidate in his testimony in the email scandal is "a great first step for the FBI," best-selling conservative author and journalist Ed Klein told Newsmax TV on Friday.

"It's sort of like talking to Al Capone's accountant, you know?" Klein told "The Steve Malzberg Show" in an interview. "He didn't pull the trigger, but he knows who got paid to pull the trigger."

Bryan Pagliano, who set up Clinton's private email server at her upstate New York home when she was secretary of state, has been providing details to the FBI under an immunity deal that was granted earlier this month.

An intelligence source described Pagliano as a "devastating witness" to Fox News.

"Bryan Pagliano knows where these servers were, where the Blackberrys were, who was using them, when they were using them — when Hillary was on an airplane and she was talking," Klein said.
