Trial Lawyer: Ferguson Grand Jurors' Safety Paramount

Protecting the grand jurors in the Michael Brown case should be the top priority of the legal system that asked them to deliberate whether to indict police officer Darren Wilson, Philadelphia trial lawyer Heather Hansen told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Monday.

Hansen also said the possible release of the panel's records and transcripts raises concerns about traditional grand jury secrecy in a proceeding that's already had controversial leaks.
