The journalist who videotaped workers helping people sign up for the Affordable Care Act in Texas — and allegedly encouraging them to commit fraud to save money — is promising to release more damning footage.
"All I can say is there's more tapes coming," James O'Keefe, of the conservative action group Project Veritas, told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"These people are on tape, in the act, committing fraud in the most obvious manner possible, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I would like to get [the next tape] out tomorrow, if I could. And if not tomorrow, very early next week,'' he said Wednesday.
O'Keefe used undercover cameras to film employees inside the Urban League's offices in Irving, Texas, giving advice to people looking for help in signing up for the Affordable Care Act.
One man who asks about designating himself as a smoker on forms is warned that the designation will cost him money, and is encouraged to lie.
"The whole thing seems to be completely broken," said O'Keefe, author of the bestselling book "Breakthrough: Our Guerilla War to Expose Fraud and Save Democracy."
