John Casey: Expect a Cold Cycle for 30 Years

By    |   Friday, 14 November 2014 05:55 PM EST

The Earth is cooling down, but it's not a man-made phenomenon, says John Casey, president of the Space and Science Research Corp., former White House space program adviser, and NASA consultant.

"What’s happening on the sun is really going to affect all of us for decades to come," Casey said Friday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" with guest host Dennis Michael Lynch on Newsmax TV.

"Fundamentally, the sun operates by a very predictable, very reliable cycles of behavior.

"It’s actually bringing the end of global warming and is now bringing a new cold era for 30 years. Dangerous, bitter and record cold."

Casey is author of the new book, "Dark Winter: How the Sun Is Causing a 30-Year Cold Spell," published by Humanix Books.
