John Fund: Obamacare Still a 'Nagging Fever' for Democrats

John Fund, author and national affairs columnist for the National Review Online joined Ed Berliner on "MidPoint" on Newsmax TV on Wednesday to discuss double-digit rate hikes for individual Obamacare plans and how they could affect the midterm elections.

He argues that while Obamacare has not become the dominant campaign issue that some predicted, it is still a "nagging fever" for Democrats.
