Law Prof: Ratio of Fraudulent Votes Is 1 in 32.3 Million

Loyola Law School professor Justin Levitt and Denver radio talk host Mandy Connell joined "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV on Wednesday to discuss Levitt's study of voting fraud from 2000 to 2014, which he said had found 31 instances of bogus votes out of 1 billion ballots cast.
