The FBI will likely be fair and impartial in its probe of Hillary Clinton's private email server, but the Justice Department under President Barack Obama will not, says Larry Klayman, founder of the government watchdog Freedom Watch.
"The FBI right now … is run by James Comey, who is actually Republican and has a very good reputation for honesty. I have faith in [him]," Klayman said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on
Newsmax TV.

"But the Obama Justice Department, at least in terms of main justice, I do not. What could happen if we don't keep the pressure on is that the server and the thumb drive get buried, we'll never see it again and we'll never know what's on it."
The Justice Department is probing whether classified information was illegally stored or passed through Clinton's private email server during her correspondences as secretary of state.
The server was turned over to the FBI on Wednesday after news broke that two classified emails on it were labeled "Top Secret."
Klayman has asked a federal court to seize a thumb drive of Clinton emails "in current possession of her counsel, David Kendall."
"This thumb drive apparently contains, according to reports … not only government information but also classified government information," Klayman wrote in a brief.
"Mrs. Clinton is in more than deep trouble … If the Justice Department and FBI does its job, she's probably going to jail at some point," Klayman told Malzberg.
