President Barack Obama is clueless about the mindset of the terrorists that he's released from Guantanamo Bay, political commentator Michael Reagan said Thursday on
Newsmax TV's "America's Forum."
"These people have nothing but time," Reagan said. "They can spend a lifetime in Guantanamo or in one of our federal prisons, you let them out and the next day they are back on the battlefield. Now it's time served, like good behavior?"

"Our allies look at this and go what is going on in America? We have a president who refuses to even mention al-Qaida in his State of the Union address. He refuses to talk about the Islamists, but he knows how to
let them go back home.
"They're going to be really good in prison and they're going to be really good for the rest of their lives. (Ali Saleh Kahlah) al-Marri will be back."
There are only two reasons why Obama has chosen never to state that Islamic terrorists are America's, and democracy's, foe, according to Reagan.
"He has never mentioned Islamic terrorist, he just doesn't do it," he said. "(He's) either
back-tailing it some way that people being attacked are to blame for what is going on, or he is absolutely scared to death that something might happen to him if he says something derogatory about them."
Reagan suggested that Obama take a page from the book of President Ronald Reagan, who delivered his controversial evil empire speech, referring to the Soviet Union, in 1983 despite being warned not to do so.
"It began the process of the beginning of the end of the cold war," said Reagan. "This president needs to stand up, and he refuses to stand up and call it what it is.
"Even Democrats are saying it's Islamic terrorists that are doing this and he refuses to use the words and it's amazing."
Reagan briefly touched on the 2016 presidential race, noting that the GOP has a full bench of highly qualified governors and executives, while Democrats "have one chair with one person in it," he said, referring to Hillary Clinton.
