With Donald Trump winning several key states on Super Tuesday, he needs to start acting more presidential, political commentator Michael Reagan told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.

"Nobody should be surprised at what's going on," Reagan, the eldest son of President Ronald Reagan, told host J.D. Hayworth in an interview on the Newsmax TV Super Tuesday special coverage.

Trump was projected to win such key states as Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee and Massachusetts.

Therefore, Trump needs to start acting more like a presidential candidate, Reagan said.

"He needs to be more humble. He needs to be more magnanimous. He needs to unify the party — and he needs to take the fight to Hillary.

"He's got to embrace the big tent of the Republican Party," Reagan said. "Good humor, magnanimous — and be humble."
