Professor Ken Goldstein: Negative Ads Can Increase Voter Turnout

Ken Goldstein, professor of politics at the University of San Francisco, joined John Bachman on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Wednesday to discuss the role of negative ads in the current election cycle. He contends that negative campaign ads do not have a negative affect on voter turnout.
