Ex-INS Officer: Obama Action Could Pave Way for ISIS to Enter US

Michael Cutler, former INS officer, who testified before the 9/11 Commission joined J.D. Hayworth on "America's Forum" on Newsmax TV Thursday to discuss how President Barack Obama's executive action will cause America's borders to become even more porous and unsafe for national security.

Cutler says he believes ISIS when it says it is "coming to America" because so far the terrorist group seems to follow through on its promises.
