Despite polls showing little support from Hispanic voters, GOP frontrunner Donald Trump has repeatedly insisted, "I will win the Hispanic vote."

Trump still has a ways to go, Negron admitted Monday on "Newsmax Prime." A recent
NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll that showed Trump with a 75 percent unfavorable rating among Hispanics.
But Negron believes those numbers will turn around as Hispanic voters get a better look at the billionaire businessman.
"I've known of Mr. Trump for a long time, and I know the aspect of what he really wants … for the Hispanic person," Negron said.
Negron said he has spoken to Hispanics at Trump's new golf course.
"I actually did a tournament over there way before all of this even started, and I asked the people that worked there, 'How does he treat you?'" Negron said. "And to a man, whether they were Dominican, Puerto Rican, Venezuelan, whatever, they said that he's always treated them great."
Democratic media strategist Franco Ripple said he does believe the negative poll numbers, but that Trump's worst problem is hypocrisy.
"Here's a guy who says, 'Hey, we're going to close the borders and kick them all out and not let any of those darn immigrants into this country.'" Ripple said. "Here's a guy who has brought nearly 1,100 foreign workers on H2B visas into this country to work for his companies over the last 15 years, and guess what? Eighty percent of workers on average on H2B visas tend to be Mexicans. It's interesting to see him not put his money where his mouth is."
Javier Manjarres, managing editor of the Shark Tank political blog, said President Barack Obama is the bigger hypocrite, having deported more Hispanics during his tenure than any other president in U.S. history.
"And then he wants to bring them all back and grant them all amnesty," Manjarres said.
"Go figure."
