Doug Schoen: Democrats Will Run Away From Obamacare

Monday, 25 November 2013 05:54 PM EST

Democratic lawmakers may begin separating themselves from the Affordable Care Act and look to make changes in it as next year's elections approach, says Doug Schoen, a Fox News political analyst.

"The chance that they run on it is pretty limited," Schoen told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

Story continues below video.

"And the chance that the Democrats, as the election approaches . . . read the tea leaves, there's a much greater chance they will effectively agree with me and seek revisions in the law."

Schoen also thinks President Barack Obama's foreign policy has weakened the United States.

"[It] has alienated us from our traditional allies, and . . . emboldened the Russians, the Chinese, North Koreans, and the Iranians."
