The battle between Democrat-held House and the White House is headed where the Constitution dictates, in the courts and not the media, according to civil liberties legal expert Alan Dershowitz to Newsmax TV.
"He's going to be impeached only because the Democrats have a majority in the House, and he will not be convicted because the Republicans have a majority in the Senate," Dershowitz told Monday's "Newsmax Now."
