It "undercuts our Constitution" for lawmakers to make partisan distinctions when it comes to President Donald Trump's ordering the airstrike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani, when his action was "identical legally" to actions that were taken by past presidents, Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
