After a second uninspired debate performance, Democrats are beginning to openly question how long former Texas Rep. Beto O’Rourke will stay in the race -- and whether he is perhaps really angling for a future cabinet appointment.

During Tuesday’s Democratic presidential debate, O'Rourke seemed to drift in and out of the spotlight without producing the memorable moments he needed to revive his campaign.
