It seems President Donald Trump is "poking" House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats by asking for a sizable chunk of border wall money in the 2020 budget, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.
O'Reilly was on Monday's "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" for his regular appearance and said the $8.6 billion ask will not fly with Democrats.
