Many leading Progressive Democrats were quick to publicly condemn Israel for a host of perceived sins as the Jewish state fought terror group Hamas during a brutal 11-day dogfight - but some of the same social-media-savvy lawmakers have been strikingly silent amid a series of recent assaults and anti-Semitic screeds directed at Jews in major American cities nationwide.
