President Donald Trump might have been exercising caution when he did not blame Russia for meddling in U.S. affairs during a press conference with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on Monday, political commentator Michael Reagan told Newsmax TV.

During an appearance on "Newsmax Now," Reagan said his father — former President Ronald Reagan — taught him a thing or two.
