A Biden administration eager to repair the busted Iran nuke deal is being rewarded with harassment instead of a handshake by the Islamic Republic's ultra-hardline rulers.

Iran's powerful Revolutionary Guard has recently ratcheted up its reckless pestering of U.S. military ships near the Strait of Hormuz, even as the country's diplomats negotiate the United States' potential reentry into the nuke deal – a pact that potentially comes with a regime-saving windfall for the clerics clinging to power in Tehran.
