Vice President Joe Biden led the 2020 Democratic pack all summer but has been eclipsed in recent weeks by Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren -- and may no longer be the frontrunner for his party’s presidential nomination.

Based on reports of third-quarter fundraising, Biden is now at the bottom of the upper tier of candidates in fundraising. Also, he has trailed Sen. Warren in three consecutive national polls.
