Ex-FEMA Chief Michael Brown: Chest-Thumping Kim Crazy Like a Fox

(Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live")

Kim Jong Un purposely goaded President Donald Trump into calling off their planned summit to "test" the commander in chief and to say to the world, "I'm a big tough guy, look what I did," Michael Brown, former director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, told Newsmax TV on Thursday.

"I think it was a political ploy to see what the president would do – and the president I think responded absolutely appropriately," Brown told Thursday's "America Talks Live."
