Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has again predicted a recession, but she only stands to be right if Democrats overcome the booming Trump economy and win in 2020, GOP strategist and business consultant John Burnett told Newsmax TV.
"Well, the only way that she'd be proven right: If the Democrats get control of the White House – they get control of Congress – to be able to pass what I call socialism with respect to free education, medicare for all, and all the other bankrupting policies Elizabeth Warren and many of the presidential candidates on the left want to introduce into our economy – all while taking over one sixth of our economy with respect to healthcare," Burnett told Tuesday's "Newsmax Now."
