Kayleigh McEnany to Newsmax TV: GOP Plays Fair, Dems Play Politics

(Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Now")

By    |   Tuesday, 25 September 2018 07:57 PM EDT

The Republican Party only wants someone fair and impartial to ask questions of the woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, and the choice to serve that role Thursday — a woman — did not hinge on her gender, RNC national spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany told Newsmax TV.

McEnany was on Tuesday's "Newsmax Now" and was asked about Thursday's hearing that will feature Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
