Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer told Newsmax TV on Thursday that the briefings with reporters have become "attempts to get a clip so that they can post something on YouTube or get on cable news."
"That's what this has gotten down to," Spicer, 46, who served seven months in the post last year, told "Newsmax Now" host John Bachman in an interview.
