Boasting heavily discounted items spanning from $3.79 reading glasses to $13.37 men's sneakers, e-commerce retailer Temu has quickly become a favorite among American consumers looking for ways to save money in the age of "Bidenomics" – but experts warn that the company's ties to China may ultimately prove to be costlier than traditional shopping.
