The U.S. Postal Service is failing to live up to its 10-year "Delivering for America" plan, according to an advocacy group, and it needs Congress to pass legislation to reverse the decisions that are causing it to lose billions of dollars and hurting its ability to serve the American public.

“Americans are frustrated with the U.S. Postal Service because it’s essential to our daily lives and the only courier able to deliver for all Americans, yet it has become prohibitively expensive and unreliable for businesses and consumers alike," former Rep. Kevin Yoder, R-Kan., the executive director of "Keep US Posted," commented after the group launched a video to promote the legislation.
