Joe Biden is criticizing Michael Bloomberg’s policies that impacted minorities when he was New York City’s mayor, and pushes back the notion he’s losing black voters’ support since Bloomberg entered the White House race.

In an interview aired Sunday on NBC News’ “Meet The Press,” Biden lamented that Bloomberg “on several issues, like guns.. was a real ally” during the Obama administration.

“But if you notice, he wouldn't even endorse Barack in 2008,” he said, adding: “You take a look at what he's done relative to the African American community. I'm anxious to debate Michael on the issues.”

Biden also took on presidential rival Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.,saying he has “accountability” and should disavow supporters who threatened union members in Nevada

“He may not be responsible for it but he has some accountability,” he said.

“If any of my supporters did that, I’d disown them. Flat disown them,” Biden said. “The stuff that was said online, the way they threatened these two women who are leaders in that Culinary Union. It is outrageous… And to say ‘I disassociate’ is one thing. Find out who the hell they are…Fire them.”

He also said he was “disappointed” in the attacks of his family by Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.

“It just stunned me that he did not respond to the attacks on [the late GOP Arizona Sen.] John [McCain]  that were made by this president so viciously,” he said. “He… hurt the family. And so I'm not surprised. But I have to tell you, I'm disappointed. He was friends with [Biden’s wife] Jill. He was friends with [sons] Beau…with Hunter.”
