Schumer: Senate Will Act on Breyer's Replacement 'With All Deliberate Speed'

Democrat Majority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York says the Senate will move quickly once President Joe Biden nominates a repacement for retiring Supreme Court Associate Justice Stephen Breyer.

"President Biden's nominee will receive a prompt hearing," Schumer said, adding that the nomination "will be considered and confirmed by the full United States Senate with all deliberate speed."
