Sen. Grassley Urges Trump to Keep WH Press Briefings

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, urged President Donald Trump not to cancel White House press briefings after the president threatened to do so in a morning tweet.

Grassley took to Twitter himself to address Trump.

#POTUS I read tweet abt possibility of stopping WH PressBriefings. That wld be wrong. Even We in Senate follow those briefings

The Hill noted the president's comments came as he defended contradictions between various White House explanations for why he fired FBI Director James Comey.

...Maybe the best thing to do would be to cancel all future "press briefings" and hand out written responses for the sake of accuracy???
