Dem. Rep. Beyer: 'We Won't Stop Fighting' for Trump's Taxes

A congressional Democrat repeated the call for President Donald Trump's tax returns Sunday, amid a The Hill report Eric Trump told a reporter in 2014: "We have all the funding we need out of Russia."

Rep. Don Beyer, D-Va., vowed via Twitter to keep up the push for President Trump's returns to look into possible connections to Russia or other conflicts of interest.

Democrats pushed the House Oversight Committee, led by Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, to vote on a bill last month to require Trump and future presidents to release their tax returns, but to no avail. New York Democrats have also tried to lead the charge on the state level.
