French President Emmanuel Macron conveyed several European countries' disagreement with America's withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal Tuesday afternoon.
Minutes after Trump announced his intention to pull the United States from the 2015 agreement that was designed to stop Iran's nuclear weapons program, Macron tweeted this:
Trump reportedly spoke with Macron on Tuesday morning and told him of his decision to pull out of the deal between Iran, the United States, Russia, China, and the European Union.
Trump said during a brief White House statement the Iran agreement is "a horrible, one-sided deal that should have never, ever been made."
It is unclear what Trump's next moves will be.
