Former Vice President Joe Biden's slide is noteworthy, but it might get worse with Mike Bloomberg consuming the moderate lane, as Bloomberg has surpassed Biden among in the latest St. Pete Poll.

Looking at the March 17 Democratic presidential primary, Bloomberg pulled in 27.3% of likely voters compared to Biden's 25.9%, which is over a 25-point swing since last month.

Biden had 41% of the vote last month, while Bloomberg jumped 10 points from 17.3% and into the lead.

The complete results:

  • Michael Bloomberg: 27.3%.
  • Joe Biden: 25.9%.
  • Pete Buttigieg: 10.5%.
  • Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.: 10.4%.
  • Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn.: 8.6%.
  • Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.: 4.8%.
  • Tom Steyer: 1.3%.
  • Undecided: 11.2%.

The results are particularly damaging for Klobuchar and Warren, who also fall back, despite the poll surveying 57.6% women likely voters compared to just 41% men.

It also looks like it will be a tough state for current leaders Buttigieg and Sanders, the latter of which loses ground to Bloomberg despite 63% of the likely voters polled were 50 and older. Both Buttigieg and Sanders are appealing to younger voters and Florida is historically been a state with a large retirement voter population.

This poll surveyed 3,047 likely Florida Democratic presidential primary voters Feb. 12-13 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 1.8 percentage points.
