The House bill to replace Obamacare heads into committees with a warning hanging over its head from the conservative caucus – it will not get the votes.

"I don't think there's any tinkering that will get us to 218" votes, Rep. Raul Labrador of the Freedom Caucus said, Axios reported.

The legislation is being pushed and promoted by the White House but is universally panned by conservativeslawmakers, media, and think-tanks alike.

Each side even has its own slogan for it.

While Vice President Pence called it "Obamacare done" and Rep. Kevin Brady touted it as "Obamacare gone," conservatives slam it as "Obamacare Lite" and "RINO-Care."

"Right now the Speaker of the House does not have the votes to pass this bill unless he's got substantial Democratic support," Rep. Mo Brooks said Tuesday night, Axios reported.

Democratic support Ryan does not have, and if he did, it would be political suicide.

But what they do have is a place to start.

"We've got a starting point — and in the midst the horse excrement, we have a racehorse," Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert said.
