The National Republican Senatorial Committee is geared up for the pair of Jan. 5 Senate runoffs in Georgia, according to chairman Sen. Todd Young, R-Ind., on Sunday.

"We have more attorneys, we have more election observers, and on-the-ground election experts than we've ever had in a US Senate election," Young told "The Cats Roundtable" on WABC 770 AM-N.Y.

"The assets of the Republican National Committee, the Republican Senatorial Committee, which I am leading, and various other legal groups, from non-for-profit groups to individual volunteer attorneys, are down there. And we're prepared to contest any irregularities that might happen."

Among the most important things to watch for the lawyers to look for are the reported masses considering moving to Georgia to vote in the Senate runoffs to help decide the control of the Senate. Republicans hold 50 Senate seats, and if Democrats can win both runoffs against incumbent Sens. David Perdue, R-Ga., and Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., they can force a 50-50 split and leave the deciding vote on the vice president.

"They do have loose residency requirements," Young told host John Catsimatidis, "incredibly loose residency requirements in the state of Georgia."

Young pointed to former Democrat primary presidential candidate Andrew Yang "encouraging people to descend on the state of Georgia from places like San Francisco and other liberal hotspots from around the country, establish residency in Georgia in a lickety-split second and cast their votes for the Democrats."

Young added Georgia's attorney general and secretary of state have called "voting refugees" as potentially "felonious behavior."

"They're trying to come up with the best way to crack down on any of those voting refugees," Young said, "voting migrants, who have decided to become Georgians for a few weeks in order to cast votes on behalf of Democrats."
