The GOP is coming under fire for its choice of sign color at the Republican National Convention.
The party chose the national colors of red, white, and blue to designate areas for things like parking lots, bathrooms, and elevators. This has left some unfortunate signs in place at the Cleveland event.
According to
The Washington Post, convention spokeswoman Audrey Scagnelli said the signs will not change.
"The RNC event management team selected our national colors of Red, White and Blue to be utilized for their new directional signage system installed for the RNC," a convention statement read, reports the Post.
"The RNC has identified elevators and stairways in the arena by using the patriotic colors of Red, White and Blue."
House Speaker
Paul Ryan drew some criticism over the weekend after he posted an Instagram selfie with dozens of Capitol Hill interns that were white.
